Sound Conciliation offers a variety of services that can be customized to best serve your needs. Some services are provided on an hourly basis, and some are provided on an intensive basis over the course of multiple days.

Conflict coaching, a ministry that closely resembles biblical counseling, helps one party in conflict take the necessary steps to resolve conflict personally and privately. When personal and private steps have failed, two or more parties in conflict might request conflict mediation (a facilitated face-to-face conversation) to resolve their dispute or concerns. When conflict affects an organization or church, an intervention may be called for that blends coaching, mediation, education, and consulting. In all cases, case management ensures that all logistical issues are handled in a timely and effective manner. The case manager helps the parties select the conciliation team that best meets their unique needs, and coordinates the pre-mediation or pre-intervention preparation sessions for all parties and non-parties.
Conflict coaching is an hourly service, usually offered by a single conciliator, to an individual in conflict. Conflict coaching is provided through face-to-face meetings, telephone, or video-conferencing.

Conflict coaching involves teaching biblical principles related to peacemaking, including repentance, honest confession, loving confrontation, and forgiveness. In some instances conflict coaching helps individuals learn how to resolve conflict without requiring conflict mediation.

When conflict mediation is necessary, pre-mediation coaching is provided to help individuals prepare for a mediation process. Post-mediation coaching is then provided as needed for ongoing support.
Conflict mediation is an hourly or full-day service offered by one or two conciliators to two or more people in conflict.

Conflict mediation focuses on reconciliation of past hurts and challenges in order to pursue future restoration of relationships, which involves rebuilding trust, respect, communication, and closeness.

A Care Team is often carefully selected to come alongside the individuals in conflict to provide encouragement, accountability, and support. Care Team members are educated, trained, and supported by the Christian conciliators before, during, and after the mediation.
